COMMUNICATION ARTS PHOTOGRAPHY AND ILLUSTRATION COMPETITIONS

Now is the time to promote your talent to the creative community and potential clients worldwide by having your work selected for the largest
and most important juried competitions for illustration and photography.

Communication Arts invites you to enter your work in the 45th Annual Photography and Illustration competitions.

Selected, award-winning pieces will appear in Communication Arts magazine, in either the July Illustration Annual or August Photography Annual. More than 72,000 copies of each Annual will be distributed worldwide, assuring the selected entries important exposure to professionals in the fields of advertising and design.

The deadline for both competitions is March 15, 2004.

Ok, so, it's NOT a clip-contest. But all you folks with digital cameras – this is your chance to show your stuff. The 2004 Philadelphia Conference Monthly Digital Competition is underway. I am assuming it's meant for working photojournalists but check the rules and submission guidelines before sending in pictures of Fluffy the dog.

Enter photos taken in January 2004. The Photo of the Month winner will be awarded a $100 gift certificate from Allen's Camera Shop of Levittown, PA. 215.547.2841.

I am not entirely sure of the deadline. 01.07? That's almost a month ago now is it. Time does fly when you are having fun.
