ScanSafe is another service that offers to scan your negatives and slides. These seem to be popping up a lot. Are we heading back to using film again?
David duChemin's Pixelated Image is a near daily read as the man can make images AND write. It's such a thrill to be able to get the best of both worlds in one spot. His recent posts about self-promotion for photographers is a must-read. Here is part 1 where he talks about creating an identity for yourself and here is part 2 where he describes the four pillars of self-promotion. David also offers a photo mentor program and a portfolio critique program for a fee [we all have to eat don't we?]
These get bigger and better all the time and I want one for the home

Seshu – Thanks for the kind words about my blog. You’re most welcome on my blog anytime. I’d welcome you to visit my main site as well – http://www.pixelatedimage.com
Props to you for the post about Ann Coulter – I’m a Christian and she makes my blood boil. On behalf of those of us who she routinely embarrasses by spewing such ignorance and hate – let me offer my apologies.
Kind Regards – David duChemnin
