ScanSafe is another service that offers to scan your negatives and slides. These seem to be popping up a lot. Are we heading back to using film again?

His recent posts about self-promotion for photographers is a must-read. Here is part 1 where he talks about creating an identity for yourself and here is part 2 where he describes the four pillars of self-promotion. David also offers a photo mentor program and a portfolio critique program for a fee [we all have to eat don't we?]
