I listen to NPR and the news now more than ever. It's not that I eschew music. The music I hear today [old foggie alert] simply sounds so canned and lifeless and boring and redundant. Anyway, back to what I was trying to say … I have discovered a TiVo-like solution for radio. Rogue Amoeba just launched Radioshift. Radioshift allows you to program your computers, connected to a broadband connection, to record your favorite programs. Cost: $32. The experience: Priceless.
