When Time magazine chooses YOU as the Person Of The Year there are bound to be variations on who qualifies. Ali Khurshid came to my attention via the SAJAForum for being “an artist in a country that's known mostly, in the West at least, for its politics.” The country is Pakistan. Khurshid says he takes pictures “”to make sure Pakistan's real beauty was put through.” Indeed. Take a look at his images on Flickr. The one above is one of my favorites.
